What is Transply HD?
Transply HD is the weather-resistant version of Transply: the same two-layer construction of a thin cap layer and contrasting core layer, enhanced with a surface finish that allows permanent outdoor use.

Properties & processing
Construction and Working Principle
As with standard Transply, a thin, coloured cap layer sits on a contrasting core layer, producing a sharply defined, near chip-free engraving without a shadow effect. In addition, the surface is specifically finished for resistance to UV radiation and weathering.
Processing and Applications
Transply HD is processed the same way as the standard material, by laser engraving or CNC routing.
